The businessinn.de is a semi-automated, modern apartment hotel. The support is is available from 8:00 to 22:30 (10:30pm) daily.
AVAILABILITIES AND BOOKING
Please book online via "Book now" or "Buchen / Booking" (the Firefox browser is recommended*). You will get real-time information about rooms, availabilities, rates and offers there. Alternatively you can book via booking.com (just enter businessinn.de in the destination field there). (*Hint: If you encounter any problem during the booking process, please use a different browser or the incognito/private mode.)
PAYMENT
We accept all common credit and debit cards (highly secure online payment via stripe) and payment via Paypal. Cash payment is not possible.
ACCESS AND PROCESS
After booking you will receive a confirmation first and on the day of arrival at 11:00am you will receive the room access data via email and via SMS. For the transmission of the access data the email address and mobile phone number given at the time of booking will be used.
FORWARDING OF ROOM ACCESS DATA
If the actual guest(s) differ(s) from the person who books the access data may have to be forwarded. Alternatively you can send us an email containing the mobile number and email address of the actual guest(s) - we will adapt it then.
LAST-MINUTE-BOOKINGS
Last minute bookings are possible till 22:00 (10:00pm) every day (in this case you will receive the access data instantly!).
CHECK-IN-TIME AND SUPPORT
The check-in with the access data is possible around the clock (chat-/telephone support ends 22:30 / 10:30pm).
Check-in: From 14:30 (2:30pm)
Check-out: Till 11:00 (11:00am)
ENTRIES / DOORWAYS ACCORDING TO ROOM NUMBER
Room numbers 301-320: Entry Dr.-Franz-Mertens-Str. 2a
Room numbers 380-391: Entry Adolf-Butenandt-Str. 2d
LOCATION
All rooms are located on the third floor of the Nordsee Wirtschafts Zentrum (Bremerhaven Lehe) and accessible via elevators.
PARKING SPACE
Free parking for the length of your stay is included. You are allowed to place your car on all parking spaces which do not have a (company) sign.
INVOICES
Corporate customers receive invoices on request (via e-mail). Invoices are created and sent on weekdays (Mo-Fr) from 8-15:00 (3pm).
BOOKING VIA E-MAIL
Minimum volume for bookings via email/telephone is EUR 300.
